This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to digital products, online courses, lessons, guides, educational materials, and other digital content purchased from Aiterra Studio.
Aiterra Studio is operated by DREAM & DRAW LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15992414, with its registered office at 347 Barking Road, London, England, E13 8EE.
1. Digital Products
Our products are primarily digital products, including:
digital guides and ebooks;
downloadable PDF files and other digital materials;
online lessons and tutorials;
recorded video courses;
templates, prompts, worksheets, and supporting materials;
other digital educational content.
Digital products may be delivered immediately after purchase by email, download link, access to an online account or learning platform, or another electronic delivery method described at checkout.
2. Refunds for Digital Content
Because digital products can be accessed, viewed, or downloaded immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once digital delivery or access has begun, except where:
a refund is required by applicable law;
the digital product is faulty or materially different from its description;
we are unable to provide access to the product you purchased; or
a specific refund or money-back guarantee was expressly offered on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
A change of mind after accessing, viewing, or downloading digital content does not automatically entitle you to a refund where applicable law permits the right of cancellation to be waived.
Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
3. UK and EU/EEA Right of Cancellation
If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, European Union, European Economic Area, or another jurisdiction providing a statutory cancellation or withdrawal period, you may have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within a specified period, including, where applicable, a 14-day cancellation period.
Different rules may apply to digital content supplied immediately.
Where permitted by applicable law, if you:
expressly request or consent to the supply of digital content beginning before the end of the applicable cancellation period; and
acknowledge that by doing so you will lose your statutory right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins,
your cancellation or withdrawal right may end when access to or supply of the digital content begins.
Where legally required, we will obtain this consent and acknowledgement during the checkout process.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer law.
4. Customers in the United States and Other Countries
Refund and cancellation rights may vary depending on your country, state, or other place of residence.
Where local consumer law gives you rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded, those rights will apply regardless of anything stated in this Policy.
Otherwise, our standard policy for digital products applies: purchases are generally non-refundable once digital delivery or access has begun.
5. Online Courses and Lessons
Access to online courses and lessons begins when the course or lesson is made available to you, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.
Once access has begun, refunds are generally not provided merely because:
you changed your mind;
you no longer wish to complete the course;
you do not have enough time to use the product;
you expected different personal or professional results;
you purchased the product by mistake but subsequently accessed or used it;
a third-party AI tool or service featured in the educational material changes its interface, features, pricing, policies, or availability.
This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
6. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once we verify the duplicate transaction, we may refund the duplicate payment to the original payment method.
7. Technical Problems
If you cannot access a product because of a technical problem, please contact us at support@aiterrastudio.com.
We will take reasonable steps to resolve the problem and restore access.
A temporary technical problem does not automatically qualify for a refund if we can provide or restore access within a reasonable period.
If we are unable to provide the purchased digital product or service, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by applicable law.
8. Promotional Prices and Discounts
If a product is offered at a lower price after your purchase, the difference in price is not refundable.
This includes subsequent:
sales;
discount codes;
promotional campaigns;
launch offers;
seasonal promotions;
special or limited-time pricing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases.
9. Refund Guarantees
Some products may be offered with a specific refund or money-back guarantee.
If such a guarantee is offered, its conditions and applicable period will be stated on the relevant product or sales page.
Those specific conditions will apply in addition to this Policy.
If no refund guarantee is expressly stated on the product page, the standard terms of this Policy apply.
10. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
If you believe you are entitled to cancel a purchase or receive a refund, contact:
support@aiterrastudio.com
Please include:
your name;
the email address used for your purchase;
the product purchased;
the approximate date of purchase;
your order or transaction number, if available;
the reason for your request.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to locate and verify your purchase.
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a problem with a purchase, please contact us first at support@aiterrastudio.com so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this Policy prevents you from exercising any lawful rights you have through your card issuer, payment provider, or applicable consumer protection laws.
Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in suspension of access to the associated digital products or account, where permitted by law.
12. Cancellation of Future or Recurring Payments
If we offer a subscription, membership, instalment plan, or another product involving recurring payments, the specific cancellation conditions will be displayed when you purchase that product.
Cancelling future recurring payments does not automatically create a right to a refund for payments already processed or digital content already supplied, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided by the applicable offer.
Cancellation of a subscription or recurring plan will not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, business practices, or applicable law.
The current version will be published on our website together with its latest update date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove statutory or contractual rights that already apply to a completed purchase.
